Chuluka thrives to support organisations to be skilled, influential and sustainable, therefore capacity building is a pillar of our work.  We build the capacity of organisations to think in new ways for greater sustainability of their work. We are passionate about training others using our tools and approaches developed by our parent organisation, ZGF since 2009 for long-term impact. Thus, at Chuluka we offer a wide range of training packages which can be delivered as public workshops or tailored in-house events. The fee-based trainings are applicable to organisations in various sectors and provide the opportunity for organisations to strengthen their capacities on ‘soft-skills’ and enhance their operations. The training methodology is a combination of expert input, interactive practical exercises, hands-on role-play, group discussions, case studies, practical projects, videos and group presentations.

Our seasoned trainers have been delivering these trainings for several years now, catering for different groups and teams including rural and urban, large and small organisations. They deliver highly interactive sessions that incorporate small-group exercises, self-assessment, imagery, role playing, and the latest learning techniques to imprint knowledge for lasting results.
